Decisions! Decisions!

I have decided to track our journey of building a house; the highs, the lows, and everything in between. This journey really started back in January when we made the decision to build a house. Here in Visalia,CA, houses are much different than what we are used to back east. Many developers sell off lots, which allows the buyer to choose their preferred builder. While this is a great concept, when you fall in love weiht a neighborhood like back east, their is no way to know what the house will look like! Our wonderful realtor, Arnel Padilla (by the way, if you live in the area, I HIGHLY reccommend him) told us about a new developement doing custom built homes. VALLEY OAK ESTATES. Have some debated we decided on Valley Oak Estates.
